During the free workshop “Shades of Coffee”, together with Coffee Training Academy — an award-winning Italian coffee school that has trained hundreds of expert baristas, roasters, traders, and enthusiasts over the years — we explored the world of coffee over two days. Starting from the historical origins of the beverage, we moved through the many forms coffee takes around the world, from the classic espresso to modern latte art.
The workshop concluded with a tasting session aimed at demonstrating the importance of sensory analysis.
