On April 11 at Palazzo Innovazione, located within the Complesso San Michele, the second preparatory meeting for the Career Day took place for students enrolled in the Next Gen Be Your Digital Revolution programs, an initiative designed to prepare young people for the world of work.
The aim of the session was to provide students with the right tools to approach job interviews with confidence and preparation, helping them highlight their skills and present themselves effectively.
Guided by business trainer Cristiana Amicozzi, participants explored key topics essential for their professional growth. In particular, they worked on the concept of the “Skills Map,” a reflective exercise that helped them identify both the competencies acquired during their training journey and their natural abilities, supporting a deeper understanding of their own value.
The session also included a practical workshop on building a strong CV, with tips and strategies to create an effective resume capable of standing out to recruiters.
