The LEGO® Serious Play® method is a highly experiential, innovative, and effective group facilitation approach designed to enhance team performance, particularly within corporate environments.
This course, organized by Palazzo Innovazione School, returned for its second edition with Per Kristiansen, co-author of the methodology, alongside Fabrizio Faraco. Over four days of theoretical and practical sessions, they guided participants through the methodology from start to finish.
On the first day, we focused on introducing the core process, key theories, and design elements (application techniques). The second and third days were dedicated to applying the methodology in practice and designing customized workshops, which were then presented on the fourth and final day.
