Business Agility is a workshop by Palazzo Innovazione School, designed to develop a results-oriented and collaborative mindset.
Together with Fabrizio Faraco, we explored changes in approach and the concept of microstructures. Participants then experienced different microstructures, including team alignment for ideation, goal setting and action planning, and building solutions to specific problems by working in pairs. Selection and evaluation microstructures were also presented.
We thank Fabrizio for sharing his expertise with us, and all the participants who took part in this course.
