The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method is a highly experiential, innovative, and effective group facilitation approach designed to enhance team performance, particularly in corporate settings.
The course, organized by Palazzo Innovazione School, brought Per Kristiansen — co-author of the methodology — to Southern Italy for the first time. Over four days of theoretical and practical sessions, he guided participants through the methodology from start to finish.
On the first day, we focused on introducing the core process, key theories, and design elements (application techniques). During the second and third days, participants applied what they had learned by practicing the methodology and designing customized workshops, which were then presented on the fourth and final day.
