Dating back to the late 10th century and located in Piazza Abate Conforti, in the heart of Salerno’s historic center, the Monumental Complex of Santa Sofia was the first Benedictine monastery dedicated to Saint Sophia, from which it takes its name.

Rooted in the past yet designed to shape the future, since 2018 the Monumental Complex of Santa Sofia has been reborn as Palazzo Innovazione, offering a professional environment immersed in a unique continuum of millennia-old culture and digital advancement.

Here, past and present intertwine, creating a space where synergies are fostered by historic walls and digital connections open the door to a new way of working, building relationships, and doing business.

The Monumental Complex of Santa Sofia extends over three levels, covering more than 4,000 square meters of dynamic space. With over 300 workstations, including hot desks and dedicated desks, it becomes a place where ideas and projects take shape.

A fully equipped event space, capable of hosting up to 100 people, encourages meetings, presentations, and networking. But the possibilities do not stop there: every year, this space also hosts the learning experiences of our ambitious School project.
